Boston Merchant Financial is looking for energetic Forex or CFD sales people with at least 2 years of experience and knowledge of Forex or CFD products, markets, MT4, ICTS or equivalent trading platforms. A qualified individual will be selling a broad range of financial products and services to a diverse international client base. A qualified individual will have its own book of clients. Previous experience of working for another Forex or CFD company is a must.
Overview:
A successful candidate will develop and implement a business plan and sales strategy designed to increase sales of various financial products in different countries and regions, ranging from Russia, China, India, the Middle East and Europe. Initiate sales activity & proactive sales calls (both face to face & over phone) with targeted Introducing Brokers, Institutional and Retail Clients. Provide support for recruiting, retention & development of Introducing Brokers and Money Managers.
Principal Responsibilities:
Drive our top line revenue through sales and asset gathering from Customers, Introducing Brokers and Money Managers.
Provide the highest quality service to Introducing Brokers by coordinating the resolution of problems and providing requested communications.
Support field meetings and conferences by conducting training sessions to support investment sales opportunities.
Provide feedback to management team and appropriate sales departments on competition and marketing strategies/ideas. Track and analyze the effectiveness/impact of targeted sales activity.
Job Requirements
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Required, minimum two years of experience:
Sales skills and previous experience in the Forex, CFD or Financial Industry is a must, preferably someone with the book of Foreign Introducing Brokers, Money Managers and customers.
Ability to thrive in a challenging and collaborative sales environment that is fast-paced and subject to frequent change.
Self disciplined, self motivated - requires minimum supervision, well organized with good follow-up skills.
Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and share best practices, as well as a strong individual contributor.
Knowledge of the organization’s operations, products and services.
Established skills with software used (PowerPoint, Windows, and contact management software) on a day to day basis.
Sales, marketing and service strategies.
Should keep abreast of the competition, its people and products; stay on top of the local and national economy and financial markets activity.
Experience Required:
Requires 2+ years experience with a financial services background, preferably in Forex, CFD or Futures
Solid understanding of sales process.
Excellent knowledge of Financial products that impact the business, as well as dynamic, credible presentation skills required to promote our products, services and competitive advantages.
Excellent listening and probing skills; demonstrated excellent interpersonal communication and coaching skills.
Spoken and written Chinese, Russian, Arabic, Turkish, European languages.
A candidate has to reside in any of the mentioned countries.
