Authorization
I hereby authorize Boston Merchant Financial to charge my Credit Card in the amount I shall specify on the preceding  page for this one-time deposit into my account maintained at Boston Merchant Financial.  In the event Boston Merchant Financial is unable to secure funds from my Credit Card for this transaction for any reason, including but not limited to, insufficient funds in my Credit Card account or insufficient or inaccurate information provided by me when I submit my electronic payment, further action may be undertaken by Boston Merchant Financial including application of fees to the extent permitted by law.

All card-based transactions are automatically converted to US Dollars and the possibility exists that you may incur additional fees by your card issuer for currency conversion

Boston Merchant Financial maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to guard your nonpublic personal information. As a result, only authorized employees who need to know your information in order to provide you with products or services will have access to your nonpublic personal information. We restrict the access of authorized employees to nonpublic personal information for business purposes only. These safeguards are used by all Boston Merchant Financial Ltd. affiliates.

HOWEVER, YOU AGREE THAT NEITHER BOSTON MERCHANT FINANCIAL NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES OR OTHER PROVIDERS OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES RELATED TO THIS SITE ARE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE IN ANY WAY FOR INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER, OR INTERCEPTION OR USE OF CREDIT CARD INFORMATION OR OTHER PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION, RELATED TO OR RESULTING FROM USE OF THE SITE OR ANY SITES LINKED OR ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SITE.

Restrictions, Cancellations, Rejections, Refunds
Funds deposited via Credit Card are not available for withdrawal for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the original date of deposit. After (30) days, the restricition is removed and any and all funds deposited via Credit Card are available for withdrawal. After submitting a deposit to Boston Merchant Financial via your Credit Card cancellations or refunds are not possible through Boston Merchant Financial.  Boston Merchant Financial, in its sole discretion, can decide to reject any deposits made via Credit Card for any and all reasons, including, but not limited to, technical errors, customer verification failure and third party payments. You will be liable for any cancellation of a deposit(s) that results in a debit balance within your Boston Merchant Financial account. You agree to satisfy upon demand any indebtedness and to pay any debit balance remaining when your account[s] is closed.  You represent that no one except you has an interest in your account[s] unless you inform Boston Merchant Financial in writing.

Transaction Details
All financial transactions are processed by Boston Merchant AG., located at Raemistrasse 3, 8001 Zuerich, Switzerland.  The charge will appear on your statement as Boston Merchant, 54.11.5252229.  All transactions are processed in high secured 128bit encryption.  All card-based transactions are automatically converted to US Dollars and the possibility exists that you may incur additional fees by your card issuer for currency conversion.  All Credit Card deposits made with Boston Merchant shall be charged against your applicable Credit Card account immediately.  All Credit Card deposits shall be processed and credited to Boston Merchant Financial client accounts with 1-2 business days.  Client agrees that any issues or problems arising from the timing of any credit shall be brought to the attention of Boston Merchant Financial by Client.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation without regards to the choice-of-law provisions thereof.  Voiding of any clause of these terms and conditions by a court of competent jurisdiction shall not void all terms and conditions and shall apply only to the specific clause(s) voided.
